Good and ideal location for Wick, next to the communal areas, Centre of Wick, and a very friendly hotel/restaurant. Besides, easy to get to Caithness Seacoast Ltd.

Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Wick. It was fairly clean, staff was efficient and excellent. Welcoming service, even though a few employees were very rude. This unique hotel had a central setting near Art Gallery too. Moreover, it's next to Scotland, Ebenezer Place, and harbour. Really enjoyed their warm drinks, served in the wine bar.

Our stay was very very good, appreciated sensational breakfasts.

Nice location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. Booked a room with magnificent views of the river and over the town.

Clean and relaxing place, has lovely views over the town. The room is new-fashioned and pleasantly decorated, the staff are excellent people especially the receptionist who in my and my son's estimation was the best you could have. The food is outstanding, liked continental breakfast. The hotel has a central location near Art Gallery. Furthermore, it's just next door to bistro, the Highlands, and the city's attractions, shops and restaurants. Every time I stay in Wick, like to stay here.

Fairly clean venue with spa centre. Good-sized rooms, excellent staff especially the receptionist who in my and my son's estimation was the best you could have. Large bed and clean facilities. Particularly good location on the premises which simplifies dining in the area, classic style building. Also - near to a slope and a very friendly hotel/restaurant.

    Lovely family run hotel.

Everything was modern, including excellent staff and particularly good location on the harbour. The classic double room with bath and shower. Location next to the bistro which was much better. A lovely stay on a recent road trip.

The place was fairly clean and ideal, it had exceptionally attentive staff especially the receptionist who in my and my son's estimation was the best you could have. The room was beautifully maintained and had an incredibly beautiful view of the river and over the town. The location was excellent and incredible, next to the restaurant, river side, and shops. It also was in the bistro which was absolutely divine.

Delightful receptionist (Fiona), very cheerful and helpful - a real asset. Attractive reception area - very modern. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Hotel's "No1 Bistro" - delicious food, excellent service, young and friendly staff. Chef provided us with a cooked breakfast half an hour before breakfast generally served - night porter very oblgingly acted as waiter till regular staff started their shift. All in all, excellent service.

Rooms are a little on the small side. Would prefer king-sized quilts on the double beds.
